Hollywood Auto Mart may assist with vehicle sourcing, negotiation, delivery coordination, and financing assistance. Website information and submitted applications are intended to support those services.

No Financing Decision or Transaction Guarantee

Submitting an application does not create a purchase, lease, or financing agreement and is not a financing decision, offer, or guarantee. It does not guarantee credit approval, a rate, payment, vehicle availability, lender participation, or any other transaction term.

Dealers and lenders independently evaluate an application and decide whether, and on what terms, they may offer financing or other products.

Application Information and Authorization

You agree to provide complete and accurate information and to submit only information and identification you are authorized to provide. Hollywood Auto Mart may forward your application, supporting materials, authorization, and signature to a selected dealer or lender to help process the transaction you requested.

Where the application authorizes a consumer report, you authorize the selected dealer or lender, as applicable, to obtain and use consumer reports for the vehicle-financing transaction you requested. That authorization is limited to the requested transaction.

Electronic Records and Signatures

By typing your name and checking the required agreement box, you express your intent to submit the application and authorization as an electronic record and signature, subject to applicable law.

Acceptable Use and Site Content

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the website; or upload malicious content. Website content is provided for personal, non-commercial use in connection with Hollywood Auto Mart's services and may not be copied or reused except as allowed by law.
